While NBA players are often seen as celebrity individuals, untouchable and out of reach, they are human beings and ones with family, friends, and loved ones. And for many NBA players, being a father is one of their most important jobs.

And while many of us know of the latest scandals involving NBA players and their latest tryst, many of us fail to recognize or acknowledge the children of these players, many of whom grow up in their fathers shadow.

That is why, below, we are going to discuss the best NBA players daughters. These are the daughters of NBA players who are often seen with their fathers at their games, providing them with moral support and unconditional love.

And while this list isn’t a full list of all NBA player’s daughters, it is one that is filled with some of the best daughters to famous NBA players.

Gianna Bryant

Perhaps the most famous daughter of an NBA player, Gianna Bryant was the daughter of the late, great Kobe Bryant. Nicknamed ‘Gigi’, Gianna was born on May 1, 2006 and followed in her father’s footsteps, playing basketball at Harbor Day School in Newport Beach, California.

However, Gianna would tragically pass away with her father on January 26, 2020, in a helicopter crash near Calabasas, California.

Taahirah O’Neal

Daughter of the famous Shaquille O’Neal, she is the only child of Shaquille O’Neal’s and Arnetta Yardbourgh. She has two younger half-brothers and two younger half-sisters, all four from her father.

Born in Orlando, Florida, Taahirah was raised in Houston, Texas and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Oglethorpe University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a minor in Politics and African American studies.

Azurie Irving

Azurie Irving is the daughter of NBA great Kyrie Irving. Born on November 23, 2015, Azurie has a younger half-brother and was named after her father’s mother, Elizabeth Irving, who passed away in 1996.

Kyrie Irving often wears her initials on his game-worn shoes and she can be frequently seen at Barclays Center with her father.

Zoey Ball

Zoey Christina Ball was born on July 22, 2018 to New Orleans Pelicans star Lonzo Ball. Her mother is the former soccer player Denise Garcia and she is the paternal niece to LaMelo Ball and LiAngelo Ball.

Riley Curry

Riley Curry was born on July 19, 2012, and is the eldest child of NBA superstar Steph Curry and actress Ayesha Curry. She has a younger sister, Ryan, and a younger brother, Canon. As she is the daughter of NBA great Steph Curry, she is also the granddaughter of former NBA player Dell Curry and niece of Brooklyn Nets star Seth Curry.

Camryn Paul

Camryn Paul was born on August 16, 2012 and is the youngest child of Phoenix Suns point guard Chris Paul. She has an older brother, Chris, named after her father. Camryn Paul has made a name for herself, having been featured in more than 100 commercials.

Kaavia Wade

Kaavia Wade was born on November 7, 2018, and is the daughter of NBA great Dwayne Wade and actress Gabrielle Union. Kaavia has two brothers, Zaire and Xavier, and one sister, Zaya.

Skye and Jordyn Westbrook

Skye and Jordyn Westbrook are twins and were born on November 17, 2018, and are often referred to as the Westbrook twins. Their mother, Nina Westbrook, was a former college basketball player who played for the UCLA Bruins women’s basketball team of Pac-12 Conference.
